• I just added new fish.  The water tests are fine but my fish are dropping like flies.
• I placed new fish into my pond within the last month and now my fish are beginning to die.

• The fins on my koi or goldfish look tattered, worn or eaten away.
• My koi or goldfish have white fungus clinging to them.
• The skin on all or most my koi and goldfish appears to be peeling.
• Several koi have a white film over their eyes.

• There is a red sore coming up on my koi or goldfish.
• There is one or more lumps or bumps on the skin of my fish that look milky white or clear.
• My koi or goldfish has a sore on his mouth or his lips look eaten away.
• My goldfish has what appears to be white specks all over his skin and fins.
• My fish has what appears to be tiny raised bumps only located on his gill plates.
• I see little worm-like threads hanging off the skin and/or fins of my fish.
• One of my koi or goldfish is very fat and sluggish but its scales are not sticking out and his eyes are not bulging.
• My koi or goldfish is very fat and his scales are sticking out and his eyes are bulging out.
• The spine of my fish is crooked.
• There are red streaks showing up through the skin of my fish and/or the fins.
• There's a big bulge sticking out of the side of my koi or goldfish.

• My fish are rubbing themselves against the sides and bottom of the pond.
• My koi and goldfish appear to be gasping for air and/or hanging out by the water return.
• Several of my fish are lying on the bottom of the pond with clamped fins.
• My fish are jumping like crazy.
• One or several of my koi and goldfish are chasing another.
• One of my koi or goldfish is isolating himself and not swimming and playing with the others.
• Lately my koi and goldfish are hiding and won't come up to the top to eat.

• There is foam all over my pond.
• I am getting a reading of Ammonia.
• I am getting a reading of Nitrites.
• My koi and goldfish are gasping for air but they are not dying.
• I believe a toxic chemical has been leaked into the pond.
• There is an oily film on the surface of the pond.

• One of my fish jumped out of the pond and is barely alive.
• One of my fish has a split fin or has injured himself on a sharp object.

• My pH is testing above 8.0
• My pH is testing below 7.0
