at PondDoc.com
It is with great sadness that I post this update. Cecil Ferguson, aka The Pond Doc, passed away on January 26, 2011. He lost his battle with cancer after a year or so of chemo and radiation treatments. He was my husband and partner in business and life.
During this past year I have been doing much of his regular duties because he was often so sick that he wasn't able to do them. I have brought in a couple of people to help me with the paperwork and some of the manufacturing processes. Very little will change. Cecil was very good about helping me plan for running Pond Doc's by myself. PondDoc.com will continue to do business as usual.
I cannot continue without YOU so please do not hesitate to call if you have questions and please know that we will continue to give you the best service that we can provide and, of course, excellent product with the information on how to use the products for best results.
If you noticed that last year was not a stellar year for us - well - the reason was that we were preoccupied with his health issues. This year I plan to dive in head first and bring our company back to its former self with its great reputation for excellent customer service and providing value.

We are planning to keep both PondDoc.com and PondDoc.us up and running side by side and they will use information from both websites...
We are changing to a new shopping cart system which will mean an easier and secure way to order pond supplies, personalized products and home & garden products from us. In the past, it was impossible to choose options and place personalization information on the order form so this is perfect for our sister website, www.PeggysPersonalizedProducts.com!
We are also in the process of creating an online community for koi, goldfish and pond-related lovers. That will be "stationed" at www.ponddoc.us. You can go ahead and submit your name if you would like to join the community. Just go there and submit the request.
