Payment Policy:

We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express or Discover credit cards as our only forms of payment for orders placed online and through our mail order system.  We DO NOT accept checks and DO NOT set up credit accounts for any personal or business customer.  Prepayment by cashier's check or money order is accepted when the order is placed as long as correct shipping & handling fees have been added.  When a product must be drop-shipped from a distributor or manufacturer the customer's credit card is charged at the time when the order is placed, not when it is shipped.  Charges are run on products shipped from our facilities on the day of the shipment.

Shipping Policy:

All orders are shipped UPS ground unless otherwise specified.  We may contact you directly before shipping on large hardware orders such as ProBead filters and external pumps and whole systems.  As long as the item is in stock, we will ship any special delivery orders (next day air, 2nd day, etc.) the same day unless it is past our 12:00 (noon) EST cut off time.  We do not ship on holidays or on Saturdays or Sundays.  Next Day Air shipments shipped out on a Friday will not arrive at it's destination until Monday.  There is an extra charge for Saturday Delivery in combination with Next Day Air shipments.  The Saturday Delivery Service is not available for Ground, 2nd Day and 3-Day Select Shipping Options - only for Next Day Air (and that is subject to areas where Saturday Delivery is available).  We do not ship on the same holidays that UPS does not ship.  There may be other days as well.  Click here for a list of our scheduled holidays.

Shipment Times & Special Deliveries:
IF YOU MUST HAVE AN ITEM BY A SPECIFIC DAY - PLEASE READ THIS SECTION!
We try to ship all orders for items in our warehouse by the next business day. Backordered Items, Out of Stock Items, Personalized Items, Meyda Tiffany Products, and any Drop-Shipped Items may take from a couple of days to a couple of weeks to ship.  We try to specify the estimated ship time on the item description if it's not a regular stocked item.  If we currently do not have it in stock or if, for any reason, we are unable to get it out the door within a few days of the particular item's ship date we will contact you with an estimated time of shipment.  We recommend that you let us know if you need a particular item by a particular day, no matter what it is or how you are having it shipped so that we can help insure you get it when you want it.  You can put a note in the special instructions box of the online order form, call us at (404) 375-9600 or email us.

As long as the item is in stock, we will ship any special delivery orders (next day air, 2nd day, etc.) the same day unless it is past our 12:00 EST cut off time.  We do not ship on holidays or on Saturdays or Sundays.  Click here for a list of our scheduled holidays.  Orders shipped Ground will take from 1 day to 6 days once shipped, depending on where you are located.  Saturdays are not considered a normal business day for all major shipping companies so take that into consideration when placing your order.  For example, unless you specify Saturday Delivery on a Next Day Air shipped on Friday you will receive the order on Monday, not Saturday.

Returns Policy:

Returns must be authorized in advance by calling either Cecil or Peggy Ferguson or our Office Manager at (770) 663-6325 during business hours.  

If the reason for the return is because of our error we will gladly credit back the full amount charged, including shipping & handling charges, and we'll credit your return shipment charges providing ALL the following conditions exist: (1) Merchandise is shipped back in the same condition as when it left our store, including original packaging. (2) Return shipment is through UPS ground services or US Priority Mail. (3) Proper information is received with the return shipment (we must know who is sending it back -- a copy of the invoice is preferred) and (4) the return is authorized in advance by either Cecil or Peggy Ferguson or our Office Manager. 

If the reason for the return is of no fault of our own we will credit your account upon receipt of the returned merchandise with the following stipulations: (1) 20% of the price of the returned item(s) will be deducted from the amount of the credit as a re-stocking and processing fee. (2) No original or return shipping and handling charges will be credited. (3) Merchandise must be shipped back in the same condition as when it left our warehouses, including original packaging and the item can never be used. (4) Proper information is received with the return shipment (we must know who is sending it back -- a copy of the invoice is preferred) and (5) the return is authorized in advance by either Cecil or Peggy Ferguson.  NO RETURNS ARE ACCEPTED FOR THE FOLLOWING ITEMS: Gazing Globes, Cut Goods (such as liner, hose and filtering materials), Personalized Orders, Clearance Items and Special Order Merchandise.

Any damages that occur during original shipment of the order will be credited back to the customer and we will ship out replacement merchandise as soon as we can as long as the following conditions exist: (1) Either Peggy or Cecil Ferguson is contacted with the problem and subsequent instructions are adhered to. (2) The damaged packaging is not thrown away by the customer.  We will consider it our duty to contact and collect damages from the shipper.

The customer is responsible for collecting any damages from the shipper that occur during any type of return shipment.
