This is a good product to use if you're needing enzymes to eat up sludge and create more beneficial bacteria.  A 16 oz. bottle treats 4,000 gallons.  It's called a clarifier but do not expect instant results.  It helps produce a balanced pond environment so that it clears naturally over time.  It will not magically get rid of green water algae...
