Water Plants that Ship Easily

We do not ship live plants. We've experienced too many instances of live plants reaching their destination either dead or close to it! When we are in season we keep a large selection of hardy and tropical water plants at the store.

Look for a crop of new plants to appear at the store in early spring (probably Mid-March).

Floaters (plants that are used to cover top of pond)

Bloom is exceptionally pretty and leaves behind attractive seed pod used often in dried flower arrangements. Bog Plants (Plants that live best in moist soils -- roots not submerged in water.)
	Pitcher Plant Bog / Hardy / Carnivorous / Sheltered Partial to Full Shade / $24.95 each Place out of windy areas where roots stay in moist soil but stalks are not submerged. Plant comes in several cultivars and uses "perfume" to attract bugs into long throats then slowly digests them.

Water Lilies (Blooming plants with planted corm and pads that float.)

	Pond Care Plant Food Tablets Simply push the tablets into the soil. Roots get fertilized but algae does not. Use 1 per marginal or bog plant per month during growing season.
