M-Grow is an excellent protein-enriched food that won't bust your budget -- making it the perfect everyday food for koi and goldfish. It's high in protein content to help build the necessary fats during warm weather to tide your koi and goldfish over during the lean periods in winter when they do not eat at all. It's good nutrition at a reasonable price. Notice that the first 3 ingredients (the ingredients are listed by amount included) in M-Grow are not corn fillers often used in lesser grade foods. Although corn fillers do not harm the fish they are not digested and create more "trash" in the water which increases the filter load and causes the filters to be cleaned more often.

Feeding Directions: When water temperatures are warmer (higher than 60 degrees) feed as much as the fish will eat in 5 minutes then scoop off any remaining. Feed them twice a day - once in the morning before the day gets hot and once in the evening as it's cooling down.
