Combines two anti-fungal ingredients and a natural slime coat inducer to provide rapid relief from fungus, white cottony patches on the skin and fins of the fish and grayish slime surface.  Ingredients include Formalin with cupric sulfate, potassium dichromate, Preservative-glydant, formaldehyde, Magnesium sulfate, EDTA and Allantoin.

Dosage:  1 oz. per 60 gallons of pond water.  A 16 oz. bottle treats a total of 960 gallons one time.  It may take a second treatment to get maximum benefit.
