Our choice is clear when it comes to a mid-range quality filter that is back-washable and affordable too!  The TetraPond 2500 Pressurized Filter offers unique open profile bio-activators for improved biological and mechanical filtration for smaller goldfish ponds and water gardens - ponds with very light fish loads.  We do NOT recommend this filter for true koi ponds.  For them we recommend ProBead filters.  We DO RECOMMEND THIS FILTER as a lower-cost solution for Goldfish Ponds and Water Gardens.  One-step back-flush makes it easier than most mid-range filters to clean and the filter can be buried so that it can be hidden in the garden.  UV Upgrade kits are available if you decide later on to add a UV.

Maximum flow is 1250 gph.
