Martin Solis, Our Man-About-Town

Martin is spotted all around Alpharetta, Roswell, Suwanee and Duluth helping The Doc install filtration systems and cleaning ponds.  Martin is going to school to learn English and is teaching us Spanish in the meantime.

(That’s me.) I’m Editor of the online newsletter, What's Up, Doc?, Webmaster of www.ponddoc.com, Pond Doc's Home & Garden and Peggy's Personalized Products -- and general busy-body around the store.  I know enough sometimes to be dangerous and will often refer you to Cecil for his expert advice on hardware issues.  I do know about statuary and "yard art" and do most of the buying of these types of items so you’ll see quite a few cat "things" around the store.

Cecil knows ponds and what makes them work right!  He’s spent many years installing and researching filtration systems and learning the particular problems associated with fish ponds.  He’s respected for his straight-forward attitude and honesty -- sometimes so straight-forward and honest that he earns nicknames -- like "the grumpy ol' goat". His passion is, by far, the fish. People look at me strangely when I say my husband gives fish shots.  Cecil does a little of everything around the store and works on the outside too.  He's "The Man" to know when it comes to a problem with your koi or goldfish or a problem with equipment and water quality.
