Dimensional Weights are used to determine the shipping charges on 4 through 12 inch globes. We accept NO returns or refunds on any size or color gazing globe.  Mystic globes are colored to order and considered a special order item.  It generally takes a week or two to ship - sometimes a lot longer than that - so if you need it by a certain date give me a call at (404) 375-9600 so that I can check the projected ship date.
